For teams already all-in on Salesforce

Etch, native to
Salesforce.

For teams where Salesforce is already fully deployed, two native Salesforce apps from Etch add marketing-operations muscle without leaving the ecosystem. One brings permanent campaign governance to Salesforce with purpose-built Campaign and Touchpoint objects; the other monitors the health of your Marketing Cloud instance and the Data Cloud segments behind it — both native, both coming to the AppExchange.

Two native apps on Salesforce

One ecosystem. Two native apps.

Built for orgs that have committed to Salesforce and want to close marketing-ops gaps inside it. Both run on the same core platform, but they're separate products that solve different problems and relate differently to the core Etch platform. Here's the short version before the detail.

Governance

Taxonomy lives in the CRM

Purpose-built campaign governance, native to Salesforce. It ships custom Campaign and Touchpoint objects — carrying immutable Etch UIDs and classification — tied back to your standard Salesforce Campaigns, so existing reports and automation stay connected. A separate product from the Etch platform's Taxonomy module, built on the same identifier framework.

Operations

Monitoring watches Marketing Cloud

A standalone operational monitor that runs in Salesforce core and connects to your Marketing Cloud (SFMC) instance. It doesn't join the closed-loop platform — it sits alongside Etch, checking deliverability, journey health, and the Data Cloud segments feeding your sends, so problems surface before your customers find them.

ETCH.TAXONOMY for Salesforce

Campaign & touchpoint governance, native to Salesforce. Enforce consistent naming, structure, and metadata on every campaign — without leaving the CRM.

Source-of-truth campaign governance, purpose-built for Salesforce and delivered as a managed package — coming to the AppExchange. Immutable System UIDs and configurable Marketing IDs live on custom Campaign and Touchpoint objects — purpose-built for the identifier framework, approvals, and audit — linked to your standard Salesforce Campaigns so nothing you already run breaks.

  • Custom Campaign & Touchpoint objects with immutable System UIDs + configurable Marketing IDs, tied to standard Campaigns
  • No-code Metadata Designer for fields, required values, and vocabularies
  • Draft → Needs Review → Approved, fully audited, with versioning
  • Native Lightning experience + REST API for everything else

Two products, one framework. The Etch platform has its own Taxonomy module at projectetch.com; this app is a separate, Salesforce-native product built on the same identifier framework.

Operations · monitors Marketing Cloud

ETCH.MONITORING for Salesforce

Campaign health monitoring for Salesforce Marketing Cloud — and the Data Cloud segments behind it. Stop hearing about broken campaigns from your customers: watch every monitored journey, automation, and segment against thresholds you control.

Monitoring is a Salesforce core app — coming to the AppExchange — and sits alongside Etch rather than inside the shared workspace. A lightweight package is installed in each Marketing Cloud business unit you monitor — that's what feeds the health checks — while the dashboard, alerting, and triage all live in the core app, rolled up centrally across every BU.

  • Seven daily checks: bounces, complaints, paused & silent sends — plus Data Cloud segment health
  • Live health dashboard by business unit
  • One-click triage into routed Salesforce Cases
  • One package installed per monitored SFMC business unit, rolled up centrally

FAQ · Salesforce

Questions, answered.

The two products

Do these require the Etch platform?
No. Both are standalone Salesforce apps — they run entirely inside your org, with no dependency on the Etch platform at projectetch.com. Taxonomy for Salesforce shares the Etch identifier framework with the platform's Taxonomy module, but it is a separate product; Monitoring is its own product too, sitting alongside the platform rather than inside the loop.
Do they run inside Marketing Cloud?
Both apps run on Salesforce core (the Lightning platform) — that's where the dashboards, alerts, triage, and configuration live. Monitoring additionally installs a lightweight package in each Marketing Cloud business unit you monitor; those packages feed deliverability and journey health back to the core app, which rolls everything up centrally.
Will Taxonomy for Salesforce disrupt our existing Campaign records?
It ships its own custom Campaign and Touchpoint objects — purpose-built for the identifier framework, approvals, and audit — tied back to your standard Salesforce Campaigns. Existing reports, Campaign Members, and automation keep working untouched.
We build segments in Data360 and deploy through Marketing Cloud — does this fit?
That's exactly the flow these are designed around. Taxonomy governs the campaign record on core alongside your existing process — it doesn't replace how you build. Monitoring watches the Marketing Cloud deployments and the Data Cloud segments feeding them — segment health is one of its seven daily checks.

Buying & delivery

How are they priced?
Today, licensed directly through Procloud Labs — an AppExchange listing is in progress. Taxonomy for Salesforce is one flat rate for your whole org, not per user. Monitoring is a base fee plus a rate per Marketing Cloud business unit you monitor. Final figures are set per agreement.
How are they installed and secured?
As Salesforce-core managed packages. The AppExchange listing — including Salesforce's security review — is in progress; today they're installed via a direct managed-package link. Access is granted via permission sets (Admin / Editor / Viewer) — no profile surgery. For Monitoring, rollout means one package install per Marketing Cloud business unit; data flows only between your own BUs and your own core org. Our professional services team can run multi-BU rollouts with you.
Can we use the hosted web platform too?
Yes — they're separate products that share one identifier framework. The Etch platform (with its own Taxonomy module) runs at projectetch.com; Taxonomy for Salesforce lives entirely in your org. Teams that run both keep consistent IDs, because the framework is shared. See platform pricing →
What support and services are available?
Standard support is included with both apps. Premier Support adds SLA-backed response times and a named contact who knows your org. Professional services cover implementation end to end — multi-BU Monitoring rollouts, identifier-framework and naming design for Taxonomy, and admin enablement — priced per engagement. Ask about support plans →
When can we get them?
Both are coming to the AppExchange — the listing is in progress. Pilot programs are open now, licensed directly through Procloud Labs — especially for teams with multiple Marketing Cloud business units. Talk to sales →
